Nokia E72i Candy-bar shaped messaging phone with QWERTY keyboard, Nokia E72i, gets approval to enter China.
Nokia E72i supports WAPI (Wired Authentication and Privacy Infrastructure), China’s own wireless standard for Wi-Fi connectivity. Other than having WAPI, t he E72i is no different t than a regular E72 phone.

Skype and Nokia today jointly announced the release of Skype for Symbian,Skype for Symbian will allow Nokia smartphone users worldwide to use Skype on the move, over either a WiFi or mobile data connection (GPRS, EDGE, 3G).
