Dell has just officially announced their first mobile phone with Android-based full touchscreen offering “Dell Mini 3”

Dell Mini 3 features 3.5-inch 640×360 LCD 262K color touchscreen, 3-megapixel AF camera with flash, 30fps video recording, Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR support, A-GPS, Microsoft Exchange support, microSD card slot for additional storage, and runs on Android.

Dell is now formally introducing it to the rest of the world and goes to reveal that it will be made available in China, Brazil, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the US as well. China and Brazil will be the first two countries to get the Dell Mini 3 with the former getting theirs this month and the latter by year’s end. The China version, though, won’t come with WiFi and 3G connectivity. Price wasn’t revealed, but they do go on to mention that the Dell Mini 3 will be available in the US via AT&T and Verizon sometime next year.
